Located along the relaxing marsh, this comfortable bungalow offers the ideal setting for a calming escape. With striking waterfront vistas, multiple private outdoor spaces, and convenient access to island amenities, you’ll find everything you need to relax and savor the island lifestyle.


This striking home features an open-concept living space with modern touches throughout. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals after a day of adventure, and with stainless steel appliances, it’s as classy as it is functional.


Start your day with a cup of coffee on the upper deck while watching the sun rise over the marsh. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, or kayaking from the community dock just steps from the back door. For a really unique experience, take a walk along the bespoke-constructed walkway that leads you out into the marsh, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy beverages on the enormous private deck with multiple seating options, ideal for unwinding and making memories with friends and family.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina.
