Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, or kayaking from the community dock just steps from the back door. For a really unique experience, take a walk along the bespoke-constructed walkway that leads you out into the marsh, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy beverages on the huge private deck with multiple seating options, ideal for unwinding and making memories with friends and family.




Temporary memberships to both BHI and Shoals Clubs are available.

-Ferry tickets and parking costs are not supplied. Tram reservations are needed in advance. Please check BHI Ferry website for pricing and reservation information.

-At "Blue Crab Cottage" there is access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership costs will apply.

-Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and costs. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly with questions. We do not control club prices, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be supplied if club membership is restricted or denied.

-BHI Club Golf access is available for an additional fee with the guest membership.

-NO SMOKING + NO FAMILY PETS allowed at this property. Fines will be applied if a pet is brought and possible eviction.

-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

-min. Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Kids must be counted within the max. occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the home and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or events- If determined that a event/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

-If determined that a event took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Fee
