To rent this property, you must be a minimum of 25 years old.
You will be responsible for any damage to property caused by you or your event. Loss of bicycles, kayaks and other amenities will result in a replacement fee.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Tranquil Harbour, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.
