Savor the ocean view from the cavernous porches of this comfortable vacation home. This upper level unit is just a short walk to the ocean, Johnnie Mercer's Pier, and all of your favorite stores. Nothing could be better than to be sitting on the porch in the evening feeling the gentle ocean breeze and calming. The master bedroom is at the back of the home next to the kitchen with a king bed. The two other bedrooms are at the front of the home by the porch. The kids bedroom has a twin trundle bed, and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for these two bedrooms.

The open living and dining area has room for your entire group. There is a huge flat screen TV and sleeper couch in the living room. The kitchen is entirely outfitted and ready for family dinners! The porch is great for appreciating a morning coffee, or the evening ocean breeze. A really memorable vacation!!   • June, July, and August are high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
