The sizable corner deck provides gorgeous ocean vistas, and the beach access directly across the street makes it simple to appreciate the surf anytime. A roomy open floor plan features painless-to-clean tile and LVP floors, ideal for your young family. A entirely equipped and upgraded kitchen even has an ocean view right from the kitchen sink.

We are a one-story condo on the third floor.

Dining Room: ocean view, traditional dining table seats 6, seating for 3 at the kitchen bar counter, bakers rack, buffet, and mirror

Kitchen: quartz countertops, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, countertop microwave and toaster oven, electric range, double stainless sink with pull spray faucet.

Guest Bedroom 1: queen bed, modest chest, ceiling fan, 

Shared Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, beadboard, single solid surface sink, toilet, stacked washer and dryer.

Guest Bedroom 2: 2 twin bunk beds, wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, ceiling fan.

Primary Bedroom Suite: 2 double beds, armoire, intelligent TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, sliding doors to private sun balcony.

Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, beadboard, single solid surface sink, toilet



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities. 

No smoking.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: 

No family pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in trendy spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is easy, too, with multiple local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
