This open floor plan condo is ideally maintained, with ceiling to floor windows throughout the living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a deck with canal vistas and a modest office for those looking to get away during the work week!


The common areas includes 2 parking spaces, a private renters closet for beach gear, and closed, heated outdoor shower. The huge deck facing the ocean is private and is only for use by guests of this unit.
