Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, fenced yard, park charcoal grille. Property is less than one block from Oak Island's Middleton Park (which features recreation fields, a splash pad and even hosts summer concerts and more), plus it's walking distance to pizza and sandwich stores. Appreciate the 4th of July fireworks and summer movies from the upper deck or take a short walk to the weekly farmers market! Constructed in 2014, this rental offers a reverse floor plan that accepts for great vistas of the ocean while cooking, eating or calming. Well outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and island for additional seating. Wood and tile throughout. Weekly units only. No family pets allowed.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
