*Private & clean first floor apartment in the heart of Carolina Beach. My husband and I appreciate living here on the island and appreciate sharing our favorite local spots in a welcome guidebook included to our guests.

*There are 2 comfortable Queen Beds and 1 Twin Trundle Bed all with new highly rated 12" Zinus memory foam beds.

*Totally supplied kitchen: Dishes, silverware, drip coffee pot, french press, 8-slice toaster oven, microwave, blender, refrigerator & counter-top induction burner all supplied.

*50" 4k Roku TV (Disney+, ESPN+, & Hulu included).

*Beach wagon & 4 chairs supplied.

*Outdoor space for calming after a day at the beach or a surf session. Hammocks, picnic table, outdoor shower, and a bar.

*There is also a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk & desk chair.

*Bed linens and bath towels supplied, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea.

However, if you are staying longer than a couple of nights, please plan to bring additional supplies.

*Parking is available for 2 cars (stacked behind each other) in the gravel driveway only (on the left side of the home).
*Painless check-in with a digital code unique to you.


Additional Rules:

*No Smoking. A $200 fee will be charged for deodorization if anything is smoked inside.

* Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not usually available due to our cleaners' schedule, but if the unit is ready, we can let you know. Sorry, no early arrival or late departure parking, unless you contact us in advance and we are able to accommodate your request.

*Parking is available for 2 cars (stacked behind each other) in the gravel driveway only (on the left side of the home).

*Visitors must be approved by host.

*Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping the noise volume low and by not walking through neighbors’ yards.

*Do not burn incense or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove during a quick turnover and the next guests may have sensitivities to smells.
