This brand-new construction, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home on Oak Island has the best of both worlds, impressive ocean and sensational marsh vistas. It's located along the marsh on the 3rd row, providing ample privacy from the backyard that features a grand private saltwater pool, multiple lounge areas, dining space under the home, and two covered balconies. All of this while being only a short walk to beach and mins. away from the Ocean Crest Pier (about half a mile).

As you walk inside from the roomy front porch, you'll instantly feel casual and at home in the light and bright airy ambiance! Each room is really a getaway in itself, with impeccable decor inspired by the organic colors and textures of the oceanside landscape. The main living space features an open floor plan, a coffered ceiling with handsome beams, and lavish wainscoting details. There's ample seating in front of the huge flatscreen TV, including a distinctive modern egg-shaped chair. A few steps away is a state-of-the-art kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, a deep stainless-steel farmhouse-style sink, and striking countertops. The elegant kitchen island offers plenty of room for gathering together to prepare your favorite meals and has seating for up to 4.

The second primary suite can be found on the opposite end of the home with gorgeous marsh vistas. This pretty bedroom features direct access to the back balcony, vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, sizable flatscreen TV, a desk, and multiple chairs. Plus, its sizable ensuite bathroom features an extended walk-in shower and dual vanity.

Last but not least, the other two bedrooms are located off of the main hallway! One offers a extravagant queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, and chair — while the other is great for the younger travelers in your group with two sets of bunk beds and a flatscreen TV. These bedrooms share a sleek bathroom that has a tub/shower combination with a double hotel-style curtain bar and a handsome vanity. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and The Reserve Golf Club at St. James Plantation.
