The owner includes commercial grade beach chairs (6) and beach umbrellas (2) at no charge to the tenants. Appreciate playing cornhole under the home or in the sizable concrete driveway which has room for 6+ cars. New grille for 2026.
Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a new heater and Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12. The pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week.
The owner takes great pride in making sure the home is extremely clean. This is done by having our own cleaner who is committed to excellence. This home offers 4 PM check-ins and departures by 10AM.
Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. There isn't any interior cameras.
Absolutely no family pets nor smoking or vaping allowed on this property. We also don't allow any outside guests other than those staying at the property.
