Ocean vistas and breezes await at "Madrid", a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor oceanfront condo. Just steps to the beach, this unit is located in the William and Mary complex in Carolina Beach. Appreciate a day out at the beach then relax in the evening on the deck overlooking the sea.

The living room and kitchen are oceanfront, while both bedrooms are street side. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, private bathroom and access to the private street side balcony area. The second bedroom is complete with a Queen bed, and the unit also has a sleeper couch in the living room. Sit outside and breathe in the fresh air on the oceanfront deck which is great for outdoor dining and sunbathing.

"Madrid" is a second floor unit with incredible vistas of the Atlantic. A private walkover to the beach and an outside shower are located at the rear of the building. There is assigned parking underneath the building for one car and an additional parking space is located in the concrete lot across the street.

When to book a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
