Located in a peaceful community located on the fetching west end of Holden Beach, sits this elegant, freshly refreshed 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with a private, heated pool, Tiki bar and 2 master suites! A speedy, min. and a half walk in either direction will get you to the private community beach access AND the private community pier and dock by the Intracoastal Waterway and Marsh. The pool is open year round, however, the pool heater will only heat the pool when the average air temperatures are somewhere around 60 degrees.  The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-85 degrees April - Oct depending on air temperatures.  There is no additional price to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the air temperatures.

Marsh Mellowed By The Sea includes a alluring open floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find the living room, a well-supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a huge dining area with seating for 10, and a half bath where you will find an enclosed washer and dryer. Also located on this floor is a master suite with a Queen size bed, private full bathroom and a Intelligent TV.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom, a master suite with a Queen size bed, private full bath with hottub tub and Intelligent TV, offers vistas of the sea from one bay window and the marsh from the other window. The second bedroom, which also has a Queen bed and Intelligent TV, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom which includes a full over full bunk bed and twin size bed. Also on this floor you will find a sitting room with 2 recliners, a bar table and chairs, wet bar, mini refrigerator and TV. Savor outdoor living on the front porch, front balcony accessible from the sitting room, on the back screened-in porch which overlooks the pool, or at the pool and on the enormous pool outdoor space!
