The brightly lit open living area is meticulously furnished to take full advantage of the space. Snuggle up on the comfortable green sectional to stream a favorite move on the wall-mounted Intelligent TV while the family chef cooks dinner and laughs along with the punch lines. The compact round kitchen table seats four, and there are an additional four seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a deep double sink and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

All bedrooms in the home contain a wall-mounted Intelligent TV for evening entertainment, so there’s no need to fight over the remote or change up bedtime routines. The primary suite offers a king bed and a modest desk for those that need to bring work along with them. The ensuite bathroom is furnished with double sinks and a step-in glass shower stall. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the final sleeping space has a double bed and a twin bed. A second bathroom with hall access is located between these two rooms which also contains a glass shower stall. A modest laundry nook with a stackable washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen.

The grassy backyard is entirely fenced so kids and Fido can play safely and includes a fire pit for chilly evenings. An outdoor dining table that seats at least six is set up on the covered porch, and Adirondack chairs are also available for relaxing. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located here as well so you can rinse the sand off before heading inside. The gravel driveway provides plenty of parking for your cars, and you can rent a six-seater golf cart complete with a resident parking pass for an additional fee of $600/week or $100/day for shorter stays.
