The crofter provides serenity and inspired touches. Its screened porch is highlighted by a hanging swing where you can while away the hours calming and appreciating ocean lullabies. Inside, this Queen suite is furnished not only with a Queen bed but also with a hanging trundle and provides a full ensuite bath. It's ideal for a modest family.

Back in the main home, the bright, open second level awes with its vaulted, beamed ceilings and walls of windows that let you savor tree-top living. The gourmet kitchen's granite counters and high-end stainless appliances gleam and beckon chefs, and would-be chefs, to appreciate creating culinary delights. Beyond the kitchen's generous island-that offers plenty of prep room as well as a breakfast bar for four-is a enormous dining table seating ten and accented by an eye-catching shell chandelier.
