Welcome to Oak & Tide, a freshly constructed (2023) coastal home tucked into the peaceful maritime forest of Bald Head Island, with vistas of the 11th hole of the Bald Head Island Club. Surrounded by mature oaks, the home offers a peaceful, private setting and natural afternoon shade, giving you a comfortable break from the sun and wind after a day at the beach.

Conveniently located in the heart of Bald Head Island, just moments from the Bald Head Island Club and a short golf cart or bicycle ride to all beaches. Morning coffee at Midway Coffee is a breathtaking 20-min. walk, while the marina and Maritime Market are fast 5-min. rides away. Several dining options are effortlessly accessible by walking, bicycle or cart, making it simple to appreciate the island without needing to go far.

Inside, the home provides max. flexibility among guests and especially families. This home has three king bedrooms, providing a sleeping layout that sets it apart from many Bald Head Island properties. The lower-level features a primary king ensuite with split adjustable bed, designed so each guest can tailor their side for comfort, savor minimal motion transfer, and adjust elevation to suit their preference. Upstairs you will find the upper-level king ensuite with enormous walk-in closet, a king bedroom, a bunk room with XL twin bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom with an XL twin over queen bunk and XL twin bed. The overall layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. All linens and a Pack ‘N Play are new for the summer 2026 season.

New intelligent TV's are located in the living room, lower-level primary bedroom, upper-level king ensuite bedroom, bunk room, and on the back screened-in porch. YouTube TV and Netflix are supplied. WiFi access is also supplied.

The kitchen is well suited for both casual meals and more involved cooking, with seating for four at the island and eight at the dining table. Totally outfitted with new cookware, knives, dishes, and cutlery, it offers a complete setup for preparing meals at home. The space is designed with a chef-forward feel and includes two coffee makers (drip and Nespresso) and many other amenities, along with a curated selection of spices and pantry essentials. A kid's highchair is also included.

Oak & Tide offers a variety of outdoor spaces designed for both dining and connection, from a screened porch with a full dining table to a shaded back porch ideal for calming after the beach. The front Southern-style porch and rocking chairs provide a comfortable spot for morning coffee, while evenings are well suited for grilling and gathering. The home also includes a new (2026) gas grille, three bicycles (not guaranteed), a ping pong table, Shibumi beach shade (a BHI must), beach chairs, body boards, and cornhole boards. Both a 6-passenger golf cart and a 4-passenger enclosed and heated golf cart offer flexibility and convenience for exploring the island.

Bald Head Island Club guest membership is available for purchase during your stay. Please reach out to the club as early as possible as they have implemented some new policies that limit the number of guest memberships available on any given week.
