958 square feet, 3 bed, 1 bath, calming lower unit of a duplex home in a friendly neighborhood that is is great for a family get-a-way. Located within 100 feet of neighborhood park, 2 min. walk to Banks Channel and 5 min. walk to beach access and fishing pier. There is an outdoor shower and backyard patio shared with the upper unit of the home.

Parking is limited to two (2) uncovered gravel spaces to the right of the stairs.
(Please do not park to the left of the stairs due to being reserved for the upper unit.) As for street parking, there is availability; however, the city does charge for street parking during the months of March 1 through October 31.

If you are interested in bringing your pet with you, there is a $250 non-returnable pet fee. Plus, keep in mind that per Wrightsville Beach, NC law, NO Dogs are allowed on the beach April 1 through September 30. Dogs are Only allowed on the Beach October1 through March 31. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
