The open concept living space offers impressive marsh vistas, which is a ideal backdrop for family gatherings and cooking. The entirely-equipped kitchen features plenty of cookware, including both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, blenders, and a sizable pantry supplied with essential staples. A drink refrigerator is available for your drinks of choice.

Unwind in the living room on a roomy sectional and swivel chairs, appreciate your favorite music with the Harman Kardon sound system, or binge-watch shows on the huge Roku TV with the fireplace which can be used with or without heat for additional ambiance. For added fun, discover the selection of games and puzzles, or browse the collection of books for all ages. Plus, a kid safety gate at the top of the stairs keeps the little ones safe.
The main dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating at the kitchen island (4) and a bar with 2 stools. Outdoor dining on the front balcony (seats 4) accepts you to savor the ocean breeze, or relax on the enormous outdoor couch overlooking the marsh. The lower covered balcony has rocking chairs for a ideal spot to enjoy the outdoors.

All bedrooms feature removable pillow toppers to suit every preference. Every room includes a Roku TV with YouTube TV for local channels and streaming access (log in to your Hulu, Netflix, etc.).
All bedrooms have room darkening blinds for a better nighttime’s sleep and a portable sound machine in the arcade room. Bed linens and bath towels are supplied, along with a pac-n-play for little ones.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower located by the cavernous garage, which is supplied with beach supplies.
