Come ‘Take It Simple’ at our newly modernized home at Sea Isle Beach! Our home was a permanent residence when we bought it in late 2018 so we did a complete remodel. As you will read below, nearly everything in the home is brand new and designed for you to thoroughly appreciate your holiday! The photos of the home are a true representation. You will NOT show up and be disappointed in the quality and condition of the unit! We are the corner home on a side street that includes a public beach access. The access is less than a 100 yards away making it super simple if you have tons of beach toys, a heavy cooler, or if you need to run back to the home for something. After a fun day at the beach, walk on back to shower off in the outdoor shower and relax at the pool surrounded by a privacy fence. The home includes an open living area and kitchen that is great for enormous families and groups of friends. The living area is lined with upsized windows creating a ton of natural light. The whole home was outfitted in new decor creating a radiant beachy vibe. The master suite includes a king bed and is located on the main floor. The master bathroom has a brand new bespoke walk-in shower and double vanity with new granite countertops. Also down stairs is the “bunk room” which hosts a full bed on the bottom and twin up top. Located just outdoor of this bedroom in the hallwall is a sizable closet and a bathroom with another walk in shower. Upstairs is the “second master” which has another king bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed along with a full. The upstairs bedrooms are connected by a freshly redone jack and jill bathroom hosting a new double vanity and new granite counterops.

New 58 inch intelligent TV in the living area along with new intelligent tv’s in all 4 bedrooms. Each with access to cable with an upgraded sports package and Amazon video. Wifi throughout the home gives you smooth access to check the weather and plan your fun filled day on OIB. Appreciate your morning coffee on one of the two sizable screened in porches. One gives you a nonobstructed view of the canal and the other looks down over the pool and out to the Atlantic Sea! Just off of the pool outdoor space is bistro lit covered seating which doubles as a great space for a game of cornhole. The home also comes supplied with a smoker and charcoal grille. You have full access to our downstairs closet that is supplied with all things necessary to have a GREAT day at the beach: plenty of chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, body boards and a bespoke cornhole set.
