We are excited to share our freshly refreshed "Long Beach Cottage", a third-row home on the exclusive West End of Oak Island. It's only a 1 min walk to the public handicap beach access and sits directly on the marsh. The huge rocking chair front porch has ocean vistas and the new screened back porch has a peaceful and private marsh view.

The living room has plenty of seating for all of your guests. There is a 55" intelligent TV and plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep everybody entertained. The kitchen is completely supplied including a state-of-the-art water filter, 12 cup coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot and blender. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for up to 10.

The LBC sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a King, a Queen and 2 rooms that each have 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted to a King for an additional fee. All beds are NEW in 2023! Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, noise machine and USB ports for charging all of your devices.

The home has a entirely enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are included.

The LBC has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed to ensure a comfortable stay for everybody!
