Incredible location! Just one block from public beach access, eateries & famed Tiki Bar & pier. Ocean vistas from all three decks. Recently remodeled in 2025. Cavernous, 5 BR/4BA, with elevator reaching all floors for step-less access. Three KING SUITES, queen room & kids bunk room, all with intelligent TV’s. “Bowfin Blu” is ideal for groups/multiple families. Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, coffee bar and firepit. Pet-Friendly with pet fee. Garage game / movie room coming in Sept!

We can sleep up to 14 people with adults and kids. For adult only groups 12 max is recommended so two adults do t have to share the full-size beds in the bunk room. We also have 12 seats for dining. Happy to host up to 14 with any group but just wanted to make a suggestion to help you choose if Bowfin Blu is the best place for your vacation.

Arrival:
Enter the driveway with parking available for 3 to 4 cars. Garage will be used as game room. Use the keypad intelligent lock and checkin 24 hours a day.

Home layout:

1st floor:
Entryway to stairs and elevator. Beach towels supplied in basket by front door with plenty of hooks for towels at the end of the day.

2nd floor:

King Suite #1

Bedroom is equipped premium king bed (to die for bed, cooling linens & numerous types of pillows for all sleeping positions). Intelligent TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with ocean vistas. Sensational ocean sunset accent wall.

Bunk Room
Sleeps 6 offering 2 full beds and 2 twins. Intelligent TV, nighttime noise maker, sconce light with charger for each bed, Room darkening curtains. Bathroom right outside the door.

3rd floor:

Dining Room:

Plenty of seating between sizable dining table seating 8-9 with 4 additional bar seats. Extensive glass windows with handsome ocean vistas.

Living Room:

Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room featuring an additional huge sectional & chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friend activities. Shiplap fireplace with 75” Intelligent TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean vistas. Just outside the living room is a huge deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit. There is also a grille located on the desk for guest use.

Kitchen:

Luxury, sizable, entirely-remodeled kitchen equipped with every conveniences guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or fast meals in between activities. FULL COFFEE BAR offering complimentary specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, electric kettle & complimentary tea.

King Bedroom

Queen Bedroom

Medium-firm, hybrid bed, luxury linens, dresser, intelligent TV, lamps with charging ports, room darkening curtains & large closet with pack n play, high chairs and other guest amenities. Full bathroom right outside door

Guests will have access to the entire home, back and front yard.

We aren’t there in person but have a magnificent local team who assists guests with any needs. Please message questions through the app for a quicker response. Texts or calls could have a delayed response. We have three people watching the messages and can help with any questions or concerns.
1. No smoking please. If home smells like smoke a charge of $300 will be applied for smoke remediation.

2. Family Animals must be on reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unreserved family pets will be charged $200 per pet if brought. If you want to add a pet after you book please message us and we can request the pet fee.

Please pick up after your pet in the yard.

3. No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway (including grass) or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed. There is a paid parking lot just a few homes down.

4. Please follow checkout rules or additional costs may be charged to pay cleaners for additional work.

5. Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $100 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting. We sometimes can approve early or late check-in depending on availability. Approved check-ins prior to 3pm and checkouts after 11 am may be available for a fee. Message us for more info.

6. Extra guests that are not on the reservation should not be in the home without prior approval or a fee of $50 per guest, per day could be charged.

7. No events without approval. Party cleanup costs of $300-$500 could be charged.

8. Please do not park on the grass, as it can damage sprinkler heads and landscaping. A fee may apply to cover any necessary repairs. Thanks so much for understanding!
