Four CCTV's, one DVD Player, wireless internet access, and books for entertainment. The bedroom TVs have Roku with cable, and the living room has cable. Tile floor in main areas and carpeting in two of three bedrooms. Access to your ocean-view deck from both the living room and the master bedroom.
