Silver Linings East is a gorgeously located, completely refreshed, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's enough room for the entire family, with close by local eateries, ice cream parlors, and gift stores.

This home, which is one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with shiplap ceilings and rustic beams, nautical ceiling fans, a glass picture-window wall, luxury vinyl plank and carpeted floors throughout, an expandable 12-person dining table, gorgeous frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, all-new stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove, a Keurig machine, and kitchen accessories complete with a spice rack. The pantry is well equipped too, with new Cuisinart modest appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a milk frother, an espresso machine, and more.

There are two primary bedrooms, the first of which is on the main level offering its own den and full luxury bathroom. The second-floor suite has its own luxury bathroom and private oceanfront balcony for sunbathing by day and stargazing by nighttime. The bathrooms have been remodeled with light marbling bespoke tile, natural rock showers, frameless shower doors, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line, brushed-brass Delta hardware.
