There are two full bathrooms- one on each side of the home between bedrooms. A private walkway over the dunes for painless access to the beach, straight in front of the oceanside porch area. After a day at the beach rinse the salt and sand off in the private, enclosed hot/cold water shower located right beneath the home and right next to a private outdoor bathroom.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
