Welcome to your dream oceanfront hideaway in impressive Holden Beach! This freshly remodeled 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom getaway is designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable coastal experiences. With two cavernous living rooms, two dining areas, and two completely equipped kitchens, this home is ideal for enormous families, multi-family vacations, or group getaways.

Accommodating up to 22 guests, this home offers a thoughtfully designed layout to ensure both comfort and privacy. On the first level, you’ll find two roomy bedrooms, each featuring two queen beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. For added convenience, there is a full bathroom located just outside of each bedroom on either side of the home.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are separated into two distinct areas, each accessible by its own staircase. On one side of the home, a staircase leads to the oceanfront king bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, and an additional bedroom featuring one queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds—ideal for families or groups with kids. On the other side of the home, a separate staircase leads to the oceanfront double queen bedroom, another full bathroom, and a second queen and bunk bed bedroom. This layout ensures privacy between groups while still offering plenty of shared spaces for gathering and relaxation.

Appreciate pretty ocean vistas from two levels of oceanfront decking, or take just a few steps down your private boardwalk for direct access to the beach. Cool off in your private pool, featuring a calming ledge and deep-end seating. The entirely enclosed pool area offers added privacy and security with a locked gate, making it ideal for families with young kids. Pool heating is available from May through October for an additional fee.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

• Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
