We have 100+ 5-star reviews on our handsome Oceanfront/Poolside home. It’s a rare 3 bedroom condo with an striking upsized deck that nearly doubles your living space. It’s a whole additional room to spread out or gather. Its indoor/outdoor living with the Atlantic Ocean as your back yard. You get dual access to the spectacular deck and unobstructed vistas from both the master suite and the living room. The deck lets you take full advantage of the beautiful sights and relaxing sounds of an oceanfront home. It’s like being on the beach without being on the beach. Come soak up this indoor/outdoor living experience that our guests rave about. The million dollar vistas are spectacular, but even better is the proximity to the beach. When you artive, you will see that the deck is close enough to hear your kids laughing. I can watch my kids while I have a cup of coffee or call out to them to come in for lunch. The sizable sliding glass doors create a wall of windows featuring the Atlantic Ocean at every glance from inside. This natural backdrop and view is what a beach vacation is all about. You haven’t experienced the ideal beach vacation until you’ve stayed oceanfront where you are steps away from the beach and can run in and out for snacks, sunscreen, bathroom & shade breaks. Our home makes it possible to treat yourself to an Oceanfront vacation. Our location is located into the ideal spot on the island. Our charming beachfront is a fashionable, but less busy spot at CB and close to the Kure beaches. We are located right at lifeguard station #3, which is actively staffed with a lifeguard all summer. Just a little additional tranquility of mind like that makes it painless to really relax on the beach. Our calmer, less touristy spot at CB is ideal for unwinding, but still only a 1 mile walk, drive or golf cart ride to the charmingly constructed boardwalk with its impressive activities, vibrant amusement park rides and fun carnival games. Fresh local cuisine and coastal shopping are even closer. Walking just a couple blocks on the beach or streets will land you at some well known hot spots like the on-beach access tiki bar. If you are up for a little more adventure, the Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just 1.5 miles heading South down the beach. We also provide items for trying new adventures like outdoor summer movies, picnics or use our pickleball equipment at the pickleball courts. Don’t like lugging beach gear?…Use our private/locked ground level storage area for your daily items…Plus utilize any of ours! We’ve got tommy bahama back strap chairs, body, skimming boards, umbrella, tent & sand anchor, sand buckets & more sand toys than we can count. We have outfitted items that can help lessen your packing load to complimentary up space in your car. We have other beach gear ready for you too. Beach towels, beach cooler, beach totes, outdoor blanket are all on-hand for your use as well. If you (or the kids) get a little tired of the sand, there’s a ideal spot poolside. We have a second outdoor balcony space to sit and overlook the kids in the pool or watch a sunset to the West. The pool is strategically placed on the street side, so that any pool activity won’t interrupt your peaceful deck-side enjoyment of the calming ocean sounds. Pool is open April 15-October 15. Get ready to savor a great balanced beach vacation of relaxation and fun by choosing our Carolina Oasis location. We are close enough to the action, but you won’t have to hear active nightlife throughout the nighttime or be packed side by side on the beach. At our Carolina Oasis you have plenty of beach space to spread out and relax! We are a No-Smoking, No-family pets property per our building HOA rules. Neither is allowed on their entire property including pool, parking lot and deck areas. Reserve dates now for this 5-star experience…Salty Air and Sandy Toes await you!

How to book the best Carolina Beach vacation home experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Southport vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Southport area visitor guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Southport visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to select the best vacation rental:

  • Select a group lead, choose your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Carolina Oasis: Huge Oceanfront Shaded Deck seats>10 includes swing, pool& linens has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, contact the property owner before booking your home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your agreement.
  • If there's an individual Southport attraction you are crazy about, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .

More tips for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • To ensure that no damages are linked to your stay, note any problem areas during arrival. Speak to the host right away to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
