Recently refreshed 2 bedroom, 2 bath Wrightsville Beach duplex that's only steps to the beach! Open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space. Seating for 6+ in the dining area. Flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom. Generous driveway + carport with parking for 3-4 cars. Enclosed outside shower. Modest fenced grassy area in rear is ideal for family pets! Right side of duplex (Shore Thing) also has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 and may be available for bigger groups to rent for the same dates.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. Pet fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, $100 plus tax for the second pet. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2 pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
