Savor elegant marsh and ocean vistas from this second row 4-bedroom, 2-bath home with open living, dining and kitchen area ideal for family gatherings. Simple beach access directly across the street. Living area, 2 bedrooms and a full bath are on the first floor while the other 2 bedrooms and a full bath are on the second floor. Three bedrooms have TVs and all have ceiling fans. The kitchen/dining area includes a dining table that seats 6, an eating counter seating 4 and a high chair. Conveniences include a covered porch, an open deck area, a screened porch, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grille, picnic table, parking underneath, central heat and air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TVs and WIFI. Beach access is between 677 & 679 OBW.

Bed linens included (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels supplied can be rented.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Planet Fun and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.
