The Space:

- There is no water connection to the refrigerator; therefore, the water filter in the refrigerator is not working.
- The dryer can not be moved from its current position. By doing so, it won't function properly.
- The walls in the bathroom and corridor tend to sweat when there's high humidity. The "marks" on the walls will go away once the humidity is low and by wiping them with a soft cleaner.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
