Once you arrive you will walk through the courtyard past the gorgeous pool to your unit. It is a single story building which means no stairs! Also no upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd has a queen and a set of bunk beds accepting this unit to sleep a total of six. It's ideal for families or a group of friends.
This is our home away from home and is set up for tranquility, comfort and enjoyment. There is a full kitchen that is outfitted with all the supplies you need for incredible meals or a fast bite. Including a full size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has freshly been refreshed and has a tub shower combo. There is an additional shower outside with hot and cold water.
Linens are not supplied
There is a stackable Washer/Dryer (new 2018)
The bungalow is surrounded by a variety of enchanting outdoor space with plenty of sun or shade areas to relax. The side door has access to the courtyard which is fenced-in for family pets. There are double sliding doors in the living area that open right up to the pool with palms and flowers. please note pets are not allowed off leash in common areas. This pool is only shared with the other two units in the complex (the other vacation rental and the caretakers).
It is just two and a half short blocks (about a 4 min. walk) from the beach and the board walk. The entire walk is on a sidewalk and there are stop lights and crosswalks at both intersections. So you are right in the middle of the action but as soon as you get back 'home' you will experience the peace and peaceful of a private residence.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Downtown, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cave exploring and cycling nearby.
