- Animals are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.
- No smoking indoors – a $200 fee will be charged if smoking is detected
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to our cleaning schedule
- No parking before check-in or after check-out
- Do not burn incense, essential oils, or scented items
- The hanging surfboard is decorative and not intended for guest use. Please do not remove or use it during your stay.

Please note that the property is equipped with a Blink doorbell camera at the front entrance for security purposes. It monitors only the exterior front entry. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

Hurricane Season Policy (June–November)
Refunds are not offered due to storms unless a mandatory evacuation is issued. We recommend travel insurance for bookings during hurricane season.

Guest access
- Self check-in available via a keyless keypad.
- Guests have full access to the home. In the backyard, a section of the shed (right side) is designated for guest use and secured with a separate padlock — you'll receive the code before check-in. Inside, you'll find 2 adult bicycles, 2 kids' bicycles, beach chairs, a cooler, and other fun items to appreciate during your stay.

Please note: Two sections of the shed are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.
