Private deck overlooks the pool and beach. 1 bedroom condo. King sized bed. Kids's bunk beds in hall nook. Queen-size sleeper couch in living room (with a topper).

TVs have streaming channels supplied or you can sign into your own. WiFi. Brand new kitchen with all of the cookware, place settings and silverware you need. Stacked washer & dryer in the unit. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Storage closet for your beach items at ground level.

The building -
We have a great pool and deck area with chairs. You'll be on the beach, and close to the famed Ocean Isle Beach Pier. You'll be within walking distance to stores, eateries, bars, bicycle units, a surf shop, and the Museum of Coastal Carolina.

More information -
Bring own sheets and towels. Also bring a kitchen dishcloth and towel, and a bathroom floormat. I can give you the name of a linen service that will deliver. I will provide a starter kit of paper towels and toilet paper - you'll have to buy more for longer stays. I'll give you a list of what we have so you know what to expect!

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summer is high season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
