Whether you’re on vacation or business, we'd like to extend a warm southern welcome. We have a huge, separate but attached private studio with private code entrance, private bathroom with a modest shower, king bed, and bunk bed (single & double, beds). This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a peaceful, safe residential neighborhood 10 mins. from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.

Supplied are a mini-refrigerator, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and T.V. with cable, HBO, and Netflix. We have a play kitchen for kids and games for everybody.

This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only. There's a patio just outside for smoking. Your rooms are private from the home.

• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
