Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the max. occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the max. occupancy at a property is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction. RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property. Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring cars that exceed the max. number of cars allowed at a property OR for upsized cars that are not compatible with a property.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
