Four FSTV's (three with extended cable), two DVD players. Wood floors in all living spaces, tiled bathrooms, ceiling fans in all living spaces, except bunk room. Stainless steel appliances, Dining seating for six, an additional sitting area with writing desk. Totally remodeled in 2018 with new paint, appliances, rugs, master shower and furnishings. Modest covered porch on back, deck with constructed-in bench seating and furnishings, huge backyard with plenty of parking and a enormous new front deck. Close to shopping and eateries. Within walking distance to the beach and Oak Island Golf Course.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Yaupon Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Fisher State Recreation Area and Kure Beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
