"Down The Shore" is a elegant, freshly refreshed four-bedroom, three bath home with modern appliances and a well-appointed kitchen. Finest of all, the private pool is the ideal place to cool off in style and even offers optional heating or cooling. It features an inverted floor plan with the main living areas and kitchen on the top floor where the expansive ocean vistas are amazing. Unwind on the covered porches after a day of fun at the beach, the upper and lower front porches offer unobstructed ocean vistas. There is also a screened in back porch on the top floor ideal for early morning coffee or late-nighttime games.
It is close to the Ocean Crest fishing pier in the convenient East Beach area of Oak Island, with direct beach access. East Beach is super family-friendly with the amenities of eateries, grocery stores and shopping just a few miles away.
Guests should note that an additional fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating or cooling. Guest must request the pool heating or cooling and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
For those guests who have allergies, please note that while family pets are not allowed for guest reservations, a hypo-allergenic dog may be present during owner stays.
