Gause Landing! Magnificent Home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach. (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina Coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the impressive sunsets. You have found it, a slice of heaven. About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
