This home, which occupies one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, luxury vinyl plank floors, an expandable dining table, charming frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances that include a glass-top stove and dishwasher. Helpful extras include a milk frother and kitchen accessories complete with a spice rack. The pantry is equipped with new Cuisinart modest appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a Keurig machine.
