-Please be respectful of others living in the area by keeping your noise to a minimum.
-Only registered guests to spend the nighttime
-No open flames/candles please
-We do monthly pest treatment but can't guarantee you won't see critters that are common to SE NC.
-Please turn AC off if windows/doors are open
-If you are bringing dog (with preapproval) please do not let them onto any of the furnishings.
