It is also the location of the wireless router which affords high speed internet throughout the home. Your upstairs bespoke kitchen has bar seating as well as a more formal dining area for eight. In addition to typical amenities, appreciate your Keurig, espresso maker, charcoal grille (Big Green Egg, XL, to be exact), and atypical cookware including a pressure cooker favored in many cuban dishes. You'll also find your kitchen basics completely outfitted on arrival-- we do ask that you replenish what you use and we welcome suggestions on what you'd like to see added in the future. Or, with an additional security deposit, fee, and proof of boating experience, use your 30’ Scout 305LXF with twin Mercury 400’s, berthed within eyesight of your home, and the entire coast is your playground! Pack a picnic and Pelican Island can be your private beach, and is a 5-min. boat-ride away. Visit Bald Head Island and its miles of pristine beaches, including terrific body-surfing and surfing breaks. Boat the Intracoastal and stop for lunch, dinner, or drinks, wherever you fancy!
