The first floor opens into a living room flooded with natural light. The upsized sectional invites you to savor a favorite film on the sizable flat screened TV while snuggled up with adored ones and a humongous bowl of popcorn. The sturdy dining room table seats six, and additional seating for four at the adjacent kitchen counter means there is plenty of room to host intimate evening dinners or epic board game showdowns.

The completely supplied kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a favorite recipe or your catch of the day. The other two bedrooms on this floor are connected by a Jack and Jill bath with a standard tub/shower combo. One room is furnished with a double bed and a twin bed, while the final bedroom provides a twin-over-double bunk bed.
