The whole family can join you there for day-long ocean breezes, al fresco dining, or a bit of shade to curl up under with a book when they aren't playing in the surf right below. Our handsomely furnished condo has been completely refreshed for your comfort and contentment. There is no anxiety for meals at home in our lovingly upgraded kitchen, with the Carolina Beach Farmers Market right across the street at the lake, or local farm fresh produce a block away at Veggie Wagon. Fancy a meal out? Barbecue is only a two-block walk away, or you can have Kates Pancakes or Vinnies Pizza within a four-block walk. Life is simple here - immerse yourself in our soft-sided furnishings amidst tasteful, neutral decor and make Sands IV 2G your getaway for the ultimate beach leisure lifestyle.

Private community boardwalk to the beach, oceanfront outdoor pool, picnic, and cornhole area, shared charcoal grilles, tandem covered parking for 2 cars, and stairwell to the property level.

Beach chairs and umbrella in storage unit for guest use.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with granite countertops, bespoke tile backsplash, double stainless sink, full-size range, dishwasher, and stainless steel refrigerator. View of the Carolina Beach Lake.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the table.

Living Room: Oceanfront, intelligent TV, 1 sleeper couch with queen, 1 side chair, coffee table, ceiling fan.

Oceanfront Deck: Access from the living room and master bedroom. Overlooks the ocean. Pub table with 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, with 2 beverage tables.

Primary Bedroom Suite: Oceanfront, intelligent TV, king-size bed, ceiling fan, private access to the patio, En-suite Bathroom with Vanity, walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, twin-size bed, intelligent TV, ceiling fan, attached bathroom.

Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo.

Stackable Washer and dryer



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things to do:

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or savor a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, appreciating the ocean vistas, or enjoying a drink by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of eateries, an arcade, stores, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

The Neighborhood:

Sea Coast Input - Carolina Beach boardwalk offers shopping, locally owned eateries , ice cream & fudge stores and let’s not forget the vibrant nightlife. During the summer months the local gazebo has live music and bingo. Fishing charter boats, nightly event cruises, pontoon boats are also available. Or discover the Carolina Beach State Park. Neighboring Kure beach offers a gorgeous downtown with locally owned eateries ,Oceanfront park and a 712-foot long fishing pier. Fort Fisher is located at the southern end of the island where you can visit the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum and the North Carolina Aquarium. There are roughly 10 golf courses within a 1 hour drive and for those “historic” buffs, take a day trip to Downtown Wilmington or one of the other local islands via ferry.



Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is effortlessly navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for cars, bicycles and golf carts. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and discover the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.
