The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
- No events, home events, weddings, receptions, etc.
- No smoking in or on-premises.
- NO Family Animals.
- Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

There is an option to also rent one of the other units located two doors down accepting you to have a bigger group/ family gathering but spread out in two different units, see Scallop (115 Scallop Lane).
