Plenty of beach chairs are available for your use. The condo includes about four nice chairs labeled 1A, with additional chairs stored in the closet just inside the building’s entrance.
Appreciate unobstructed vistas of the ocean from the deck and living areas. The condo is located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up — there is no elevator, but the elevated position ensures elegant ocean vistas while keeping access convenient.

We welcome up to two family pets:
$100 fee for one pet
$150 fee for two pets
For short stays or hypoallergenic breeds, fee adjustments may be considered upon request. Please inquire prior to booking.
Linens
Linens (sheets and towels) are available for $60 per stay.
If you prefer to bring your own, simply let me know after booking and a $60 credit will be applied to your reservation.
