Summary:
Stunning 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach condo located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Located above a new restaurant, this property is just steps from the beach (one block) and main entrance to the boardwalk (1/2 block). There are tons of eateries, nightlife, family activities that you are able to walk to. Likely the most convenient location on the island for those who want to be close to the action, but want a fresh, well designed and classy place to stay.

There is one parking space for guests marked 202. There is paid parking for any additional cars.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this apartment. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. To get the best rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
