The top floor features a chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances and countertops designed to accommodate your every need including 3 dishwashers, and 2 professional ranges and prepare tops, and 2 Keurigs! The vast open-design living/dining area overlooks the private swimming pool and has a wall-mounted TV, study nook, powder room, high ceilings with recessed lighting and wood floors. A comfortable sun room with deck is ideal for peaceful time and opens onto a private balcony. There are 2 master bedroom suites each with a private bath; one looks out at the pool, the other opens to the covered front porch with ocean view.



The lower level has 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, a powder room, laundry room and a huge recreation room with pool table and media center. The wet bar in the recreation room includes a standard size refrigerator/freezer to accommodate additional snacks and drinks! Three bedrooms and the recreation room open to decks overlooking the pool. One bedroom leads to a covered porch facing the ocean.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in South End, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Wrightsville Beach and Airlie Gardens reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include South End Surf Shop and Aussie Island Surf Shop.
