Coast is Clear is located in the private gated Holden Beach West community, where you will appreciate the expansive ocean, inlet, and marsh vistas from two levels of covered decks. Have a blast splashing in the private oceanfront pool or relax and savor the spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the deck-level hot tub.

There is also a family suite on each floor, accepting parents (or grandparents) the convenience of sharing a room with younger kids if needed. Wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming through ATMC's Merge service and Amazon Fire Sticks. Two park-style charcoal grilles are also available on the property.

Part of the beauty of the home being located near an inlet and beachfront, is the actual distance to the sand and surf are subject to change, as are the dune structures. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Come create lifelong memories at Holden Beach!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Additional handicap-friendly features include wider doorways and broad, painless entry showers in bedroom #6 with direct access to the kitchen and main living room. In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check-in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

Get the best rental value:

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
