This handsome condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and the pool. It's a roomy one-bedroom with a king bed, a top-floor unit for up to six guests. The pool is humongous (closes October 1) and has a gated grass area with a bbq and private beach access. Linens are included! There is ample parking, and it's close to the eateries and nightlife! You will appreciate this top-floor oceanfront unit!

Interaction with guests:
Since we travel all the time, we use a fantastic management company that has been in the tourism industry for many years. They will be able to answer any questions and take care of any issues 24 hrs a day. Please savor this home as if it were yours.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
