Parking for one car is supplied, and the home’s layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups. The main living area on the second floor features cozy seating with two appreciate seats, a couch, and a Intelligent TV for entertainment. Step out onto the balcony with seating for four to appreciate fresh ocean breezes. The adjacent kitchen and dining area include a table for six, counter seating for three, and modern appliances like a refrigerator with an ice maker, flat-top stove, and drip coffee maker—ideal for preparing meals and gathering together.
