2. Limited to 2 car parking; no campers or trailers allowed

3. NO FAMILY PETS policy per HOA guidelines

4. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

5. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

6. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

7. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
