Gause Landing! Private home rental. Magnificent home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the handsome sunsets. You have found it, slice of heaven. The Mazelle Porch has been in our family for over 25 years and oh the memories we have made and now we want to share this elegant getaway with your family. Main floor, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sizable living room, sunroom, porches!!! Up to 4 people. This is a private rental. No one else in home or on property. This is just a way to stay at this ideal spot as a smaller group.

This vacation home is located in Ocean Isle Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Book your Southport rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.

If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
