Appreciate the outdoors in the screened in porch, out back on the deck, or on the paver patio around the fire pit. A completely fenced yard is ideal for the dogs - up to 3 welcome! The inside is freshly decorated with new beds and pillows. Beach chairs & fishing gear supplied for a day on the sand!

Savor evening sunsets on the front screened in porch! The home is also steps from the intracoastal waterway, ideal for fishing, water sports, or bird watching.

Inside, you'll find a central, open concept floor plan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are wide open with vaulted ceilings to give the space an open and airy feel. All new living room and dining room furnishings complete the room and provide plenty of space to spread out for the whole family. The living room has a 65" roku tv, blazing fast 2gig wifi, and plenty of games for the whole family.

The kitchen is a prepare's dream! Entirely outfitted with all new cookware, dishes, silverware, and every cooking utensil you can think of! No meal is too big or modest when you're cooking here. Have coffee your way with a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a french press, and a bean grinder. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops give the space a modern look and feel. The adjoining laundry room and storage space is ideal for all your extras.

The primary bedroom is wide open with huge vaulted ceilings, a new king bed, intelligent tv, 2 humongous closets, and a huge bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms each boast a queen bed and a twin bed, and a intelligent tv, making the space ideal for 3 couples, 1 enormous family, or 2 modest families. Plantation shutters throughout the home darken the rooms so everybody can sleep in during their vacation. All linens supplied!

Out back is a secluded yard, entirely fenced and ideal for the kids and the dogs to run and play. The sizable deck has a brand new gas grille, along with table and chairs with umbrella. When the stars come out, build a fire in the fire pit and relax in the large, additional-durable Adirondack chairs. Rinse off all the sand in the roomy, private outdoor shower.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach.
